We know that life happens. We aim to provide a fair, transparent policy that supports families and educators while maintaining the integrity of our learning experiences.

👨‍👩‍👧 FOR FAMILIES

💳 Refund Eligibility

•You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class begins (unless otherwise specified on the class page).

•No refunds are given for missed classes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, except in cases of verified emergencies.

•Some multi-week classes may allow partial refunds depending on how much content has already been delivered.

Always check the class listing for the teacher’s individual cancellation policy.

❗ Emergency Situations

We understand unexpected issues arise (e.g., illness, power outages). Please contact us at admin@homeedventure.com.au as soon as possible—we will work with you to find a solution.

🔁 Class Rescheduling

If a class is cancelled by the teacher:

•You will be offered a reschedule, credit, or full refund.

•We’ll notify you promptly and assist with any necessary changes.

🎓 FOR EDUCATORS

🕐 Cancellations by You

If you must cancel a class:

•Notify enrolled families as soon as possible (preferably 24+ hours in advance).

•You must offer either a full refund, a credit, or a reschedule.

•Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the platform.

📉 Low Enrollment

If your class has a minimum required number of students and it isn’t met:

•You may cancel the class and offer enrolled families a refund or an alternate date.

•You must communicate clearly and promptly with all participants.

📌 Platform Processing

•Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

•Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank and location.

•Our platform service fee is not refunded unless the class is cancelled by the teacher or Home EDventure.
